Bring the right artwork and order details
Use the original logo file where available, plus colour references and approximate dimensions. List garments by product, colour, size and quantity. Add exact spellings for staff names, and state whether you need a second chest position or larger back branding.
The standard one-time digitising fee is £25 + VAT unless the selected bundle expressly includes logo setup. Embroidery size, stitch count and positions affect the decoration price. We confirm the complete quote and suitable layout before your order proceeds.
Collection, delivery and team top-ups
Tell us whether you want collection from Sandycroft or delivery to your Chester address. Include the required in-hand date so garment sourcing, approval, production and delivery can be considered together. A nearby location does not automatically mean same-day completion.
