How fast can you print the 11oz mugs?

One to two working days after artwork approval, subject to stock and quantity. This is printing time rather than delivery time. Contact us with your deadline so we can confirm arrangements.

Can I upload a PDF logo and change product colours?

Yes. Product pages support PDF, PNG and JPEG logo previews. Standard products show actual photographs for the available colours. Custom-made ranges show an example photograph, with the colour and specification agreed in your quotation.

Are the 11oz prices for printed mugs?

Yes. The 36, 72 and 144-mug offers shown are for our full-colour printed 11oz mugs, excluding VAT, with UK mainland delivery included. Other quantities and other drinkware products are quoted separately.

Will I see my artwork before printing?

Yes. The online preview is illustrative. We check the original artwork and prepare a formal visual confirming size, placement and decoration for approval before production.
